1. Design: based on your coil winding, rotor shape has block, segment, sector, then assemble into a ring size;
2. Material: NdFeB/SmCo magnet, A3/45M casing, insulating glue,conductive adhesive;
3. Grades: from N33-N52 to 30EH-35EH, max working temp 350°C;
4. Eddy-current loss: induced current inside conductor cause Eddy-current, which cause big loss, to reduce it, rotor magnets
assembled with insulating glue piece by piece;
5. Surface protection: during rotor high-speed rotating, surface easy injury, black epoxy coating is a good choice for protection;
6. Application: Motor such as gear motor, permanent magnetic motor, wind generator.

1.AIR PACKAGE: Plastic spacer set between each two rotor parts. Next set in carton and magnet surrounded with metal sheet,
which used for magnetism shielding.
2.OCEAN PACKAGE: Plastic spacer set between each two rotor assemblies, secondy set in polythene
bag protecting from water, finally cartons packed in pallet which surrounded with film.
