FAQ
How do I file a dispute?
Disputes must be filed within a reasonable period of time following delivery of merchandise and a dispute form must be submitted. You can login to Member Center to file a disput. We will investigate the matter and come to a resolution within 3 business days.
How to maintain the products
A) Keep away from acidic or alkaline items
B) Avoid storing below heavy items
C) Do not expose to high temperature
D) Keep at a dry and ventilated place when not in use
E) Clean only with designated detergent and soft cloth
F) Use dry cloth to absorb damp parts and dry up naturally in a ventilated space and avoid high temperature exposure.
G) Polish leather parts with professional wax; and polish metal parts regularly with antirust oil to avoid rusty.
Warm tips:
1. The color of cow suede easily come off, please keep it away from tint clothers.
2. The decolor of metallic material is normal phenomenon.
3. Different shades of color of leather are a special effect and may easily leave scratches.
4. The light color of patent leather easily changes to other colors, please keep it away from dark color materials.
5. It is normal that the metal parts of the handbags may rust in mosit days or when exposed to air.
6. The shiny stones or deocrative buckles are made by hand so it is normal they may come off.
7. The plastic decorative buckles easily break, please don't press it.
