The gable top carton usually used in filling juice is gable top aluminium foil carton(juice carton). Aluminium foil carton mostly has hole and can be capped, it's suitable for hot filled(packaged) liquid products. The products after filling needs inverted sterilizing and spray cooling. The finished products are usually kept under normal temperature, with a long shelf life(commonly can be kept 12 months). The products it's suitable for: Juice beverage, fruit vinegar drinks, milk beverage, cereal beverage, fruit and vegetable juice beverage, and normal temperature filled liquior, condiment, detergent etc.
Its character as follow:
1. Application: It's suitable for products needed hot filling such as juice beverage, fruit vinegar drinks, milk beverage, cereal beverage, fruit and vegetable juice beverage etc; It's also fit for special liquid products needed long filling shelf life, such as sake, condiment and chemical industry products etc. The products usually are kept under normal temperature, the shelf life can reach 6-12 months.
2. Cardboard structure: It's compounded by 5 layers(PE film+basic cardboard+ basic cardboard+aluminium foil+PE film).
3. Carton Spec.: A. Standard carton, bottom size: 70mm*70mm
Carton capacity: 350ML, 500ML, 750ML, 1000ML
B. Mini carton, bottom size: 57mm*57mm
Carton capacity: 200ML, 250ML, 500ML
C. Special carton, bottom size: 95mm*95mm
Carton capacity: 1500ML, 2000ML
4. Variety: Gable top aluminium foil carton has A type and B type, two kinds. The B type is mostly used.
5. Gable top carton package material refers to paper carton piece with a good printed appearance, its carton body has been sealed well and the top and bottom mouth has not been sealed.
6. Gable top carton package material is sliced carton piece, and don't need big storage house. A middle type cardboard box can hold about 1 thousand slice of carton piece.
7. Gable top carton piece don't need washing in using, which can save a large sum of washing and disinfecting fee.
