- Delivery date
We will arrange the production and shipment as soon as we received the deposit,and update the information with customers timely.Generally,the delivery time will not exceed 60 working days.
- Terms of payment
Normally,when th order value is below US$10,000,we can accept the payment by T/T or Western Union or Cash.For T/T,the customer can choose 100% in advance or 30% in advance,and pay the 70% balance before shipment.
- After -sale service
For most of the machines,the warranty will be one year since the date of shipment,we supply the on-line service for all the customers,and also supply the spare parts all the time with cost price,for some complicate machine or part,we can send our technicians overseas to help debug too.
