Mobile dock yard ramp is a stationed hydraulic equipment used for truck loading and unloading outside the warehouses or workshops. Its ramp can be adjusted higher or lower the level, so then the forklifts can go in and out the truck or container to load the goods.
Specification
Hydraulic loading dock leveler mainly composed of main frame and hydraulic system. To make this leveler more stable and safe, we designed some small featured parts maintain support bar, legs, safety boards are showing in below photo.
Parts Introduction

1. Anti-ski platform: To protect materials from falling. 2. Safety trip bar: It located directly underneath the platform to prevent injury from use. 3. Hydraulic cylinder: High precision wear-resisting hydro-cylinder with locking device for fall protection. 4. Scissor structure: High-strength Manganese steel. 5. Control box: The "UP", "DOWN" and "EMERGENCY STOP" buttons are extremely easy to use on each floor. 6. Pump station: Provide a certain pressure and flow of hydraulic oil. 7. Lifting hook: It’s easier for crane to put it into the pit.

Dock leveler for truck is installed in the pit outside the warehouses, workshops, wharf, logistics base, postal transportation, logistics distribution etc. It brings high work efficiency to daily cargo loading from or to truck containers.
