High performance hydraulic container dock ramp stationary dock leveler
We use the automatic welding, do the painting by paint spraying device, cut every part by advantaged CNC machine. GEM dock levelers ensure precision so that every details of our products is perfect.
Stationary dock leveler is a stationed hydraulic equipment used for truck loading and unloading outside the warehouses or workshops. Its ramp can be adjusted higher or lower the level, so then the forklifts can
go in and out the truck or container to load the goods.
Specification
Hydraulic dock ramp mainly composed of main frame and hydraulic system. To make this leveler more stable and safe, we designed some small featured parts maintain support bar, legs, safety boards are showing in below photo.
1. Junction: A board that facilitates the access of trucks and forklift into the warehouse.
2. Hydraulic system:Ensuring a safe and durable system.
3. Safety board: To prevent people or goods from falling down.
4. Basement: Strong support for the ramp body.
5. Support bar: To support the platform during maintenance.
6. Legs:To support the platform when lifting goods from higher to lower areas.
The Dock lever will be packed by films firstly, then packed into steel frame plywood cases.
Container dock leveler is installed in the pit outside the warehouses, workshops, wharf, logistics ase, postal
transportation, logistics distribution etc. It brings high work efficiency to daily cargo loading from or to truck containers.
