A: We are in Shenzhen, China. 20 km east of Shenzhen Baoan Airport, 30 km north of Hong Kong Airport, 150 km southeast of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport.
Q: What's your MOQ?
A: No MOQ for stock carpets and Hand tufted carpets.
300 sqm for Axminster carpet and other machine made carpets.
Q: How can I get samples?
A: Usually free samples are available. Courier cost should be paid by customers.
If large samples, sample fee will be charged accordingly. And it will be deducted once the orders are placed.
Q: What's the delivery time?
A: 25-30 days for Hand tufted carpets, Machine tufted carpets and Nylon printed carpets.
35 days for Axminster carpets.
