1. Bamboo sawer
This machine is mainly used to cut bamboo into pieces, suitable for feeding and cutting bamboo, better length is 1-1.2m.
Working process:Put the raw bamboo on the rack, one end to withstand the fixed-length scale by board, one hand holding the bamboo & another hand to hold the handle down pressure bamboo amputated.

2. Bamboo sharpener
This machine is used to splited the bamboo into pieces.
Working process: put the blades on spliting blades saddle and mobile car will move back and forth.We can put one end of bamboo on blade core and using hand to support the the other end when the mobile car move backword. When the Bump bowl touches the end of the bamboo,we can loosen our hand. The bamboo will move forword with mobile car,and the bamboo will be splited into pieces.

3. Fixing Width Double Sided Trimme
Working process: Before we adjust the fixed width knife,we have to loosen Tightening cap nut (3 and 4 in the picture),and move the fixed width knife of both sides(moving forward,the bamboo pieces wider;moving backword,the bamboo pieces narrower.

4. Lamination Slitting Mill
The adjusting method of slicer shelt: firstly, we can loosen the four screws of slicer shelt,then loose the adjusting screw nut of slicer(Turning up in clockwise direction, the bamboo will become thick;turning down in anticlockwise direction, the bamboo pieces will become thick). Finally we should tighten the fixed screw.

6. Toothpick Mincing Machine
Working process: Filled material, hand pressed down the handle, so the pressure trough pressed trough bamboo silks, and then sliding table slowly forward, as shown in Figure dotted line shown, after sawed-off, pulled back the sliding table. Loosen the pressure trough handle, remove the sawn material, a process has been completed.

9. Blade Sharpener
Operation: This machine need the user to make one start switch.When connect the power supplier,we should adjust the rotating direction of alloy wheel just as the same on the picture. 2.When install the blades to be sharpened,and adjust the distance of the blades and alloy wheel. 3.After adjustment,we can start to sharpen the blades.When finish sharpening one side of blades,we can use index gears to arrange next blade.
