The sawdust dryer can make the sawdust with certain humidity to dry in the dryer, high-speed hot air stream sustain raw material in the suspending state, then the material is dried. Since air stream speed is very high, and materials suspending in air stream, the heat transfer surface between air and raw material is large so the heat transfer rate is high.
Moisture in the raw materials of less than 50% can be drying one time to meet the requirement for coal bar production, which greatly reduced the labor intensity compared with commonly used drier.
