1. 4upper sets and 2 lower sets of power wheels adopted for this machine for feeding, driven by worm gear speed reducer, and actuated by universal joint, typical of vigorous and synchronous feeding, which is more unobstructed.
2. Pressure of upper feeding wheel controlled by pressure air cylinder, able to view hardness of wood, for free adjustment.
3. Economical and safe feeding in the type of feeding wheel, able for control and maintenance; large scope of pressure thickness in air pressure type, reachable to 100mm in maximum.
4. Feeding speed able for stepless shift, for flexible adjustment in combined consideration about wood hardness.
5. Special alloy steel material used for the main shaft, through multiple times of heat treatments and fine grinding processing.
6. High-precision bearing applied, tolerant to load and long in service life.
7.Table board and guide surface of guide plate is plated with hard chromium, endurable and lasting.
