Springkling curtain plane coater:

 

It  coating thickness can be accurately adjusted,providing extreme uniformity on the entire coating surface.

 

1)Curtain coating thickness can be adjusted, the min. thickness can be 0.08mm. it can get mirrow face effectiveness.

Max. feeding speed can be 98m/min.

2)The cutting tool adopts double post diagonal strut structure. It is simple and convennient to adjust and cleaing it.

3)The feeding belt is made of PVC. It is solvent resistance to avoid splitting.

4)There equips 5-layer filter net in the paint box to filter the impurity in the paint during circumfluence.

5)The paint is supply by foam breaker system. Also foam breaker is used in the fssid tuble. This ensures even curtain coating, no fault, no buble.

6)The machine equips double coating headfor PE,PU,NC,UV paint.
