Q1. Are you factory or trading company ?
A: We are factory ,and our main products include fine mist sprayer, perfume tester, perfume sprayer, nail polish remover bottle, triggers and etc.
Q2. How to get samples for approval ?
A: If you request for our common product such as regular perfume tester, pocket sprayer, sprayer bottle, it will take 2-3 day to get it ready, and if you have print or screen print request, it will take 5-7 working days. Buyers should cover for samples and courier charge.
Q3. How to make an order with you ?
A: You could choose what you like on our website; we also accept customized order if you have your own logo request. After approval samples we will start production. Always it will take 25-30 days to finish your order.
Q4. How to pay you ?
A: We usually accept T/T, L/C payment terms, but you could negotiate with us if you have problem for above payment terms.
Q5. Is it possible to make the product as our own design ?
A: Yes! We accept customized order, and could make your own logo as label or screen print. And we also have a experienced R&D team, and will make everything as you expected!
