You need to give us a design or a real sample, then we offer to you.

Q6: What’s you need to make a new mold for OEM design?

You need to give us 2D/3D file or real sample to mold making.

Also we can create a 3D file for you, you need to provide the rough shape and size information.

Q7: What’s format file you need for custom design?

For mold: PDF, STP, IGS, DWG, CRD

For printing: PSD, PDF, AI

Q8: What’s information you need to have a quotation?

Your items’ height, diameter, weight, material, packaging details, LOGO printing file.

Q9: how many times to cost for a mold?

25days for blowing mold

30days for injection mold

Q10: How much for a sample making in OEM design?

We only charge for OEM design mold cost, it is free sample making for first sample.

If you need printing, then we will charge the printing sample cost.

Sample time is 5days including printing
