EPS batch -type foaming granulator is nainly use to be making the PS foaming granules .Produces the pellet widely uses in keeping warm fills,professions and so on toy,This machine production foaming pellet may control in the 0.8-2.2mm diameter and 12-60 kg/m3 density ,by foaming time .pressure.temperature ,control its foaming multiple and diameter control.

2 The machine uses the PLC programmable controller and the touchscreen ,the automatic feeding materical automatic tempetature control .pressurize and feeding quantificationally,it realizes the completely automatic production .

3 The high quality enclosed constant pressure foaming ,the rhermao efficiency is high ,it than continuous foaming machine to save over 50%of steam.

4 Uses the high quality enclosed imported air control valve ,cause its temperature control in ±1%,EPS granules achieves consistently , the moisture content is extremely low .
