Detailed Information
Highway Guardrail Roll Forming Machine:
1.Roll material: thickness is 3-4mm.
2.Rolling speed: 8-10m/min
3.Rolling station: 15 rollers and seven levelling rollers.
4.Material of roller: GCr15 fine quality bearing steel sinifhe maching, qu enching HRC58-60.
5.Material of axes: 45# fine quality round steel, heat refining HRB260-280.
6.Principal axis diameter is 90.
7.Cutting ways: adopt to hydraulic motive. Flat stop the machine to punch, cut after roll forming shape. Material of the cutter: Cr12Mov, quenching HR58-62.
8.Material of chain wheel: 45# hammered steel, high frequency hardening , blacking surface, section distance is 31.75, 13 tooth dounle line chain wheels.
9.Frame stander: material 466*199mm H type steel by welding.
10.Platoon lane: material Q235-A, can removeable wall type platoon lane.
11.Main motor power: 22kw.
12.Hydrasulic station motor power 11kw.
