  1. A4 size sample can be sent free, freight charge would be paid by buyer's account.
  2. Large samples need to be paid advance, we will refund the money once receive bulk orders according to the ratio of the sample.
  3. We provide sample developing and incoming sample custom making service for any amounts.
  4. Lead time for sample is about 3-5 days generally.

Check below for more information on placing an order
  • Inquiry-professional quotation.
  • Confirm the price, lead time, artwork, payment term etc.
  • A proforma invoice with YI FENG company seal will be send to you.
  • Make the payment for deposit and send us bank receipt.
  • Initial Production Stage--it will be sent to you that a confirmation email of the
  • receipt of the down payment , and the samples as your request will be
  • arranged meantime. within 3 or 5 days , sample photos or samples will sent
  • to you for approving. Order will start production after the sample approved,
  • nornally production time is about 7-10 days, so an estimated delivery date 
  •  will be advised.
  • Middle Production Stage--Some photos will be sent to you that to show how
  • your products proceed in the factory, and the estimated delivery time
  • will be double confirmed. 
  • End Production Stage--PD sample and test report can be sent for your final
  • approval if necessary. Or you can arrange the third-party to do inspection.   
  • Cargo will be deliveried after received the balance of the payment. Balance
  • against B/L copy or L/C payment term is also acceptable. Then A tracking
  • number, packing list and B/L will be sent to you, and the tracing information
  • of the cargo to port will be informed you by email in advance.   
  • Order can be say "finish" when you received the goods and satisfied with them.
