It can also be used for sealing of thick sheet or larger diameter circular capacitors.

We design and manufacture machines/production line for tin cans in various shapes and sizes.
The cans can be used for paint cans, oil cans, food cans, drink cans, chemical cans, aerosol spray cans,etc.
(1)Professional machine manufacturer, already have 13 years experiences;
(2)Supply complete production line as well as single machines and accessories;
(3)Have exported to various countries all over the world.
1. The system will be packed by suitable exported packing material(some of machines are not packed).
Sufficient precautions will be taken against rusting, pitting and deterioration during the shipment and storage.
The whole system will be wrapped appropriately.
2. Shipment: the seller takes responsible for arranging shipment; all charges should be paid by the buyer;
3. The buyer chooses the color of machine.
Installation & training:
1. Before installation, the seller will provide machine layout drawing with dimensions, total power, single power, power interface, water &air input and output position, total water consumption. After the machines arrived and have taken seat, the buyer must connect the water and electric and gas into the machines, then the sellers shall send 2-3 technicians to install the production line.
2. The buyer shall pay the two engineers US$50/Person/Day and their round-trip air tickets from China Jiujiang to buyer’s factory, the charge of visa, food, transportations and accommodation are also for buyer’s account.
3. The working time of technicians is 8 hours per day. The buyer shall also provide an interpreter for the convenience of installation.
4. The training after installation & trial production. The time will be decided in principle by the buyer (max. not more than 10day). The training normally covers :
-Theory of press, metal forming, mechanical transfer and electrical controls
-Trouble Shooting
-Preparation for system start up
-Inspection during operation
-Quality assurance checking
-Preventative Maintenance
Documentation:
The seller shall give the documents as bellow to buyer after installation:
-Operation manuals.
Warranty period:
One year after shipment
