About the seaming welding machines for tin boxes,metal cans,

In our factory,there are two models of seam welding machines for tin boxes and other metal boxes side seaming. The models are classified as forward-in and backward-in welding machines.The details of the two models as follows,

Motors to be assembled to the machines,

The standard motors ( 3phase 4 pol 380V 50HZ ) will be assembled to the machines. Should there be any discrepancy for the required motors,please specify to us how the required motors will be like beforehand.

Payment,check/inspection and acceptance to the goods,

When details of the order are confirmed and on receiving 30% T/T in advance as deposit,the machines or complete production line will be put into production. When goods are finished,the machines or the complete production line will be tested in our factory. The buyers will be informed of the readiness for the machines,who will be kindly required to dispatch their technicians or trust the third party to our factory to check or inspect the machines. When machines or complete production line are testified to be qualified ,the balance,70% of the total amount should be paid. All the machines will be dismentled from the production line,repainted,and packed for loading and shipment.

Package for shipment,

Should the customers have no special requirements,the machines will be packed in wooden cases as we have ever done for shipment,otherwise,the package will follow up the required instructions.

Warranty,

One year after shipment,on proper operation conditions;During the time of warranty, if some components or spare parts get damaged, due to quality problems, the free new ones will be delivered to the buyers for replacement;otherwise, if it is the improper operation that leads to breakage or damage, the new components or spare parts will be provided by us, but they are charged; Beyond the time of warranty, all components for replacement will be charged.

After sale sevice,

Our engineers available for installation of the machines,lines,etc,aligning to start up production in the buyers' location,and other technical support,like training,etc.The buyers should be liable for all fees.
