Freezer storage room Product Feature:
1. The cold storage room panel is durable in use, color lasting & coated layer keeping.
2. It is made with Bayer polyurethane material by high pressure foaming. The cold room panel
density is up to 40kg/m3 or above.
3. The internal cold room floor panel of our cold room is made by 1.0mm galvanized steel
and durable for anti-scratch.
4. The hinged door panel of our cold-room is made by heavy duty door hinge, heavy duty door lock and hydraulic door closer.
5. The connection of our cold room panels are made with PE sealing rubber which is with high
quality sealing.
6. The connection of our cold room is with cam lock construction and excentric fasterners for
tight connection and sealing of the cold room

1. Modular walk in cooler Commercial cold room Walk in freezer,we offer is world-class in PUF sandwich panel construction.
2. The sizes is from 8m3. Insulation thickness from 75mm to 150mm, Internal and external metal laminations.
3. Different types of refrigeration systems for medium temperature to low temperature, with high to low humidity, and for number of applications such as Food, Agriculture, Super-markets, Horticulture, Chemical and Pharmaceuticals industries. These standard as well as custom-designed .
4. Pre-fabricated Cold Rooms are made out of PolyUrethane Foam Sandwich (PUF) panels manufactured with international technology and World-class refrigeration units manufactured to support a continuous Cold Chain for the food processing, floriculture, sericulture, pharmaceutical, hospitality and many more applications.
5. Every Cold room is locked together safely and securely. With Cam-lock systems. Matching refrigeration system.Every panel meets the latest international standards for food safety, fire retardancy, thermal efficiency and ozone friendliness.

Freezer storage room Installation tool: hexagonal key
Every panel is male (convex) and femal(concave) type,cam locks are pre-burried inside the panels,use a key to lock them together.
Our panel advantage :
1. Our panel foaming material is Italy Brand BASF . The whole panel average density above 40kg/m3 which enable the panel with better thermal conductivity of 0.021W/(m.k). The national standard is 0.024W/(m.k), which mean our panels will save the energy consumption of 12.5% than national standard.
2.All the panels we produce are with fire retardant, self extinguish, Fireproofing Grade is B1. It refers to the safety problem.
3.The steel sheet we purchase from Baosteel and POSCO which are the biggest steel factories in the world, they promise the painted galvanized steel they produce will not fade in 15~20 years
4.Gasket is around the edge of each Freezer storage room panel , when panel lock together,the cool air will not leak,and the hot air can not come in .
