Features of freezer room
1)Environmentally friendly foaming,polyurethane panel thickness:100mm,density about 43kg/m3,with gasket. Panels are male(convex groove) and female (concave groove) type,cam locks preburried inside the panels,use a key to fasten.
2)Hinge door with hydraulic door closer,auto-close. Convex door optional.
3)Copeland brand compressor,durable to use,with good refrigeration.
4)Necessary parts are included.
5)Environmentally friendly refrigerant R404a
Structure of freezer room
1.Cold room panel-polyurethane panels
Polyurethane panels are with interring cam lock, use hexagonal key to assemble base on the drawing.
1. cold room is made up of pieces of polyurethane insulation panels, male and female type connnected with cam locks, use hexagonal key to assemble.
2. Polyurethane panels thick 50mm, 75mm,100mm,150mm,200mm
3. Both sides of the polyurethane pane are painted galvanized steel
4. Each panel is marked with labels, assemble base on the installation drawing.

2.Freezer room insulation door
cold room door: hinge door, convex door, sliding door optional
1. the hinged cold room door has frame electrical heater to prevent frozen stuck
2. the polyurethane insulation door has internal safety knob for emergency opening.
