Our cold storage room panel advantage
1. Our panel foaming material is Italy Brand BASF . The whole panel average density above 40kg/m3 which enable the panel with better thermal conductivity of 0.021W/(m.k). The national standard is 0.024W/(m.k), which mean our panels will save the energy consumption of 12.5% than national standard.
2.All the panels we produce are with fire retardant, self extinguish, Fireproofing Grade is B1. It refers to the safety problem.
3.The steel sheet we purchase from Baosteel and POSCO which are the biggest steel factories in the world, they promise the painted galvanized steel they produce will not fade in 15~20 years
4.Gasket is around the edge of each panel , when panel lock together,the cool air will not leak,and the hot air can not come in .
cold storage room Installation
Every panel is male (convex) and femal(concave) type,cam locks are pre-burried inside the panels,use a key to lock them together.
cold storage room condensing units: zanotti uniblock unit (ceiling mounted type)
Floowing are the advantages of the zanotti unit
1. wall/ceiling installation ( just need to hang on the cold room wall , easy to install )
There is no need to connect the Electric control box, expansion valve ,copper pipe and preservation ,ect.
2. save space ,which can leave more available space inside .
3. Automatic alarm system for condenser cleaning
4. Reduced noise level with compressor sound proofing design
5.fully automatic, hot gas de-frosting
6.automatic condensation water elimination system without the need for connection to outside systems for collection
7.Adopt the imported "MAVIB","EBM "Brand fan .
Of course , you also can choose the Copeland split unit . The split unit advantage is you can install the compressor outdoor .
