Multi-glass doors cold room
Modular polyurethane insulated panel for multi-glass doors cold room are made of modular fabrication with polyurethane insulation with different dimensions, which make it flexible for construction different sizes of an ideal multi-glass doors cold room. The modular design allows for easy assembly and disassembly.
All panels are injected with 100% polyurethane with an average density of 40KG/M3 firmly glued to the metal, which has a variety of finishes available to meet the customers specific requirement.

Our drinking storage chiller panels meets JB/6527-2006<modular cold room insulation sandwiched panel’s technology conditions> standard request.
Through measuring and testing, our panels are in line with GB8624-2006 <Fflammability of building materials classification method, reach Class B1 flame retardant materials requirements.
Cold storage panel without retardant is flammable. Our panels with fire retardant can increase security of multi-glass doors cold room , big multi-glass doors cold room with retardant is requested according to nation regulations.
The foaming material we choose is imported BASF foaming material, green to the environment.
The steel sheet we purchase from Baosteel and POSCO which are the biggest steel factories in the world, they promise the painted galvanized steel they produce will not fade in 15 years.
All the panels are with gasket at the joint of two panels, enable the multi-glass doors cold room with better air-tightness, but not many panel factories realize this point or just ignore this to save the cost.
Loading:
We use bubble paper and plywood etc package to protect all the panels and fittings in a sturdy condition. To avoid damage in the transportation.
