1). Materials

Our company purchases steel from some large steel groups who provide steel with not only good mechanical properties.

2). Manufacture Procession

First, we have already owned High  precision Digital Machining Center for mould making in special Mould Workshop, which decides the high quality of mould. 

Consequently, the beauty and accurate size of our bolts can be guaranteed.  Second, we use cold heading and hot upsetting to produce our products. The different technology of producing can be chosen according to the features of products. Third, heat treatment is utilized. We adopt the Controlled-atmosphere Automatic Heat Treatment Furnace to guarantee the good quality and stability of our products.
