HEUI common rail diesel fuel injector test bench for CAT C7 C9

It can test HEUI produced by most manufacturer. It completely simulates the injection principle of HEUI. Oil measurement, fuel temperature, lub. oil temperature, injection time, injection pulse frenquency are all with digital display. Lub. oil pressure is displayed by shakeproof pressure gauge. Clear display, stable work, high control accuracy. Drive signal can be adjusted, you will have a safe repairing maintenance.

P= Injectors opening hold time. Set range: 1-9999 Unit (μs)
F=Injectors opening frequency. Set range: 1-99 Unit (Hz)
T=Injectors the amount of oil times 1-999(times), when T=0, the injectors will keep work all the time. 
Injector opening voltage. 12/80V can be optional. 
Bosch, Denso. Injectors, suggest 80V, Delphi injectors suggest 12V. 
C button, to move the cursor.
OK button, confirmed button, to confirm or enter parameters. 
 1-9 buttons, to set the parameters. 
When Menu show “DATA ENTRY”, it can set the parameters, if pressure the button “OK” , the menu will show “ STAR/ STOP” , press any button of the keyboard , “*” will begin to shine. Injectors begin to inject continuously. 

HEUI testing way:
1) To Install the HEUI on the fits for the coupling. Connect the pipes, please choose the 150V signal wires connect. 
2)  Adjust the diesel oil pressure to 2-3bar, Lubrication oil adjust to 0-300 bar based on the real request. Then open the HEUI solenoid valve, HEUI will begin to inject. 
Attention: when testing the High pressure injectors, also fits for this machine. It just need change the Lubrication oil into Diesel.

Application:
The test bench is designed to test up to four HEUI injectors, which are equipped on the following engines:
1.Navistar T444E, as Ford 7.3L Power Stroke Engines.
2.Navistar DT466E.
3.Navistar I530E.
4.Caterpillar 3126B.

Function:
1.Measurement fuel delivery of HEUI injectors.
2.Sealing test for injector upper seat of the solenoid control valve.
