1. What's my order step?
A.: Choose the products online or from our catalog, then inform us the codes.
B: We will offer quotation within 48 hours.
C: Due to quotation, you choose what you buy, send us the order list.
D: We will make proforma invoice for checking, if it’s ok, please arrange 30% deposit.
E: Once get deposit, we will start to produce your order.
D: When the goods is ready, we will inform you to arrange rest payment.
E: After receiving full payment, we can send the goods to you by DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, EMS.
2. Are you factory or trading company?
Both. We're direct jewelry manufacturer, but also sell the products by ourselves.
3. This is my first purchase, can I get sample before order?

4. I have to buy due to MOQ?
All MOQ is standard minimum order quantity.
5. How about the shipping cost?
If your quantity is not large, we can send goods to you by EMS. If your quantity is large, we will send to you by UPS/FedEx. We can quote the price to you, then you can choose whether use our forwarder or yours.
6. Do you charge the sample fee?
The clients need to pay the sample fee and freight charge first. When you place the order, we will return the sample fee only to you.
