3.There are 3 designers in our company's technical department who make drawings of frames and forks. So we can design and manufacture the frames and forks according to customer's idea.
4.For the quality of products,we have a QC team to have a quality assurance in every process of the production line.
5. All the frames are made by skilled workers.There are 2 welding production lines in our company to insure the delivery time of goods
6.Our company takes part in Shanghai Bicycle Show every year.We are glad that customers from all over the world contact us and visit our factory.
We have quality control in every procedure of production line.The QC team takes it serious in the procedure of Pre processing,Front triangle material processing,Rear triangle material processing,Accessory brazing,Accessory welding,Front triangle assemble and welding,Rear triangle assemble and welding and the final inspection to insure the quality of our production.Our salesman would follow every procedure and get you the feedback in time to reassure our customers.
Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory.We are professional enough to make many sorts of bicycle frames .
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 35-40 days . It is 40-45 days if needs painting, it is according to quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample .You pay the freight and the cost of sample.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment. L/C is alse accepted.
