1. This auction is for two NEW locking combination latch/locks .........

auction includes set of locks / upper hasps / and 12 rivets that are 5/8th inch in length. Parts are in brancd new condition.

2. Great for use on briefcase or musical instrument case repairs. Mint new condition. The red tab can be removed and the combination lock set to any numbers desired. Comes with standard size mounting rivets that are 5/8ths inch in length. The square portion is approximately 2.5 by 1.25 inches. It is 1/4 inch deep.

3. This lock is called a RH lock...."right hand" lock, since the flip tab is on the right side. If you need a left hand version, you can flip it over over...the numbers then face upside down on that one but it will function fine as a left sider this way).

4.Great for many applications...medical cases, musical instrument, brief case, et al. I have used this lock on many cases with fantastic results...it is really a top quality piece.

5.High quality locking device and excellent finish plating. NEW condition.

The size rivets that are included is 5/8ths inch. This may be correct for many projects, but since every case wall thickness is different, they may be too long or too short for some applications. THe parts can be installed with wood screws or pop rivets too (not included)

These are the best quality locks you can get. Since every case is different with regard to how the lid and body of the case match up, there will be some situations where a gasket will have to be made to make the top and bottom portions of the lock meet correctly.
