Gravity Carton Flow Rack
A combination of rack and roll track design with slight inclination, pallets or cartons roll down by its own weight along the rack, increase cargo mobility, generally no manual stow and pick required, suitable for stowing and picking materials for production and assembling line, cargo distribution center and provide flexible support of mobile Operations. Many rack colors for selection.
1).Carton flow rack is installed by declining steel strip in which is equipped by small rollers.
2).Cargo on the rack can flow downward because of gravity, thus achieve first-in, first-out access process.
3).Carton flow rack's working principle is like live rack's. Both are driven by gravity.
4).Carton flow Rack is better suitable for manual handling and non-heavy cargo.
5).Carton flow rack is widely used in logistics, transportation, book issuance, electronics.
6).Customized sizes are available.
