1.Suitable for goods in large volume with few categories. 2.Usually applied in cold store 3.Storing goods in first in, last out sequence. 4.High storage density, fast storage speed, and much higher uralitization of space. 5.Goods move automatically because of its own gravity. 6.Goods are usually put on the pallet, and pallet on the steel rail frame with wheels.When the first pallet is out, the neighboring one will follow because a slope with 3 degree’s angle is applied into the system. 7.For safety's sake, loading capacity should not be heavier than 1500kg/pallet, and height of the rack should not be higher than 6m. The width of the rack should not be wider than 6 pallets. 8. Forklifts are usually applied to stow and pick the goods. 9. Rack of special size can be customized. |
