Warranty Policy
We provide two year warranty for CCTV Cameras and DVRs after the shipment date. Any product proves defective under normal usage, we will repair or replace it by free of charge.
1.If our customers could repair the products by themselves locally, we will supply necessary spare parts.
2.If the customers couldn't repair the products , the products will need to be sent back to us, and we repair and bear 50% freight charge. All of our products are 100% passed strictly quality inspection before delivery.

Check whether the monitor power line connected right to camera
Check if the video line connected right to camera’s video output port
2.The picture obscured on the screen
Check If lens has dirty things, use soft, clear fabric to clean lens ,set the monitor right
Check If the camera exposed to too strong light, switch the install positionAdjust lens focal distance if necessary
