Control from production process:

•All process would be supervised under inspection department

•7 stages pre-treatment meet international standard

•Baking at high temperature after power coating to ensure the paint finish

Control from material:

•All bolts and screws are of SS material

•Mild steel ERW rectangular tubes or sheets 1.2-2.0mmthickness, meet EU standard

•Plastic material is of ABS only. Durable and Sturdy. At least 10 years lifetime. Different colors for options.

Control from inspection:

•Process inspections after cold working, acid washing,powder coating and assembling

Final inspection before loading in random checking

•SGS third party inspection available if required
