Warranty is valid for one year if:
- The parts supplied are brand-new.
- Correct type and amount of oil used. Check the oil volume of the compressor and refill
- if necessary.
- Drier/battery (accumulator) replaced and installed at time of compressor install
- System is flushed and/or inline filter installed
- Orifice tube must be replaced if the vehicle is equipped with one
- Expansion valves must be inspected and replaced if dirty or defective when installing
- a new compressor.
- Expansion valves must be replaced when installing a reman compressor.
- Anyone can install all parts purchased maybe in unprofessional way but a ASE certified
- shop must charge the system
- Compressor core must be returned to the address provided by seller.
Notes when installing a new Compressor:
To keep the long service life and make sure your air conditioning good working, you are suggested to keep the right car air-conditioning maintenance
- Inspect the Compressor Belt: If happens “sound” noise, then serious belt creep, you should replace the new one;
- Give adjustment if the belt too loose.
- Regular replacement: The Accumulator or Filter Drier, Orifice tube, expansion valve, etc need to be replaced a new one when installing a new compressor.
- Clean the Condenser: Regularly clean the condenser with the water pipe to distribute the heat, increasing cooling effect
- Inspect the Refrigerant Liquid Surface Height: See from the dryer peep hole to check air-conditioning normal operation
- Ensure the enough Refrigerants: Inspect the temperature difference between entrance pipe and exit pipe or use manifold

- set to confirm if the refrigerant is enough.
- Inspect if has oil stains in hose fitting. Go to the maintenance if discover leakage.
