IS INFRARED SAFE?
Far-Infrared radiation is completely safe. It is one of the types of radiation given off by the sun, and is the reason your face feels warm when the sun is out. DO I HAVE TO BUY A THERMOSTAT?
They don't need a thermostat to run, but you can easily get an electrician to wire in a thermostat for you. We sell the Salus thermostat, which we recommend as an excellent accompaniment to the panels. It allows you to warm the room to a specific temperature
DO I HARDWIRE THEM OR PLUG THEM IN?
It is completely up to you. All the panels come with a UK plug and you can buy feet which allow you to use the panel without mounting on your wall or ceiling. If you choose to hard wire the panel, please use a qualified electrician! We have our own trained installers in the south-east, so ask us if you are looking for a qualified installer.
