Standard Grade Quilted pad are constructed of non-woven fabric with 3'' cloth binding on all 4 sides and 4 finished corners, for durability in a lightweight design. It is clean and light for the surface of the furniture. We can manufacture different colors and size with same material and quality as per client's request.

Nothing offers protection for a variety of items like a moving blanket can. The average size is 72''x80'', but they vary in weight and fabric quality.
Weight: quilted pad have cotton fill and are quilted together with two pieces of fabric. The blanket weight comes from the thickness of the filler.
Fabric: There are generally three types of fabrication available:
-Non-woven polyester: most often used in economy moving blankets.
-Woven polyester: durable enough for repeated use.
-Cotton/polyester blend: thicker and heavier to offer the best protection.
There is also a category of blankets which are compressed cotton- often called "core" or "skins" blankets. They are designed for lightweight protection and do not have an outer layer of fabric.
Which Quilted pad is Right for You?
If you are looking for the most economial blanket, choose our Budget blanket. It is a non-woven polyester fabric, but will give you protection on moving day.
Another choice for lightweight protection is our Core blanket which differs in that it is simply compressed recycled cotton to make it extremely lightweight and great for smaller fragile items where a blanket would be too heavy.
If you will reuse your blankets again and again, try a higher quality blanket like our woven polyester Luxury blanket.
For the best heavyweight protection, choose our Best blanket in a cotton/polyester blend and a thick fill. These are the best moving blankets you'll find on the market.
