High efficient air end
1. Screw air end is the core of screw air compressor, its performance directly influence the economy and use costs of the whole machine.
2. Dream compressor adopts the air end original from Europe. Advanced patent SAP shape of screw gear, the most superior screw line speed and compression efficiency, decrease the shake of the whole machine to the fullest extent, and prolong the life of moving parts effectively.
3. The compressor is matched with high-precision SKF bearing. The precise and even bite clearance ensures leak tightness, making sure the compressor become less power dissipation and lower energy consumption under the same working conditions, and achieve goals as following: a. High quality air end and bearing
High quality air end and bearing contribute to high stability of compressor under changeable conditions. Make the compressor adapts to the changeable of loading and prolong the service life of rotors: a. Low running speed decreases the abrasion of bearing, b .Low running temperature letdown the load of bearing. c. High precision bearing prolongs the service life.
Air end and electric Motor Being Permanently Centered
1. DM series compressor combines the electric motor, gear case and air end. Such design makes the air end and electric motor be permanently centered.

High efficient oil filters
Imported seeking rotary filter, the effect is 20% higher than conventional filter, filtration precision is 9 micron, better protection to the air end to get a longer life.
Minimum pressure valve
Original imported minimum pressure valve, and reliable to ensure the minimum pressure required during the starting and oil circulation in unloading operation.
Level 3 oil and gas separation system
The three oil gas separation system (centrifugal, gravity, fine separation) built-in core of efficient oil and gas separator, to ensure that the compressed air oil consent of less than 3 ppm.
