How to choose the right belt sanding machine?
1. What material to process? Plastic, stainless steel, marble, wood- plastic composites, artificial stone, glass and others need water-milling sand. All the parts in contact with water should be chroming to waterproof. Veneer needs vacuum absorption sanding machine. It is easy fix the veneer. Paint needs lacquered sanding machine, with 28 degrees of soft rolls and polishing rollers that can automatically clean up the dust.
2. What to do? To process plate ? Or to process just splice plate (It needs planning first, so wood-planning sanding machine is ok. One machine saved, and save labor costs)?
3. Amount of sanding: different sanding belt and different wood, so different amount of sanding. Usually it can reach 70-80 decimillimetre.
4. For doors, furniture, 1000mm width machine is ok.
5. The combination of ordinary machines: steel roll + rubber roll + polishing rolls. These three rolls can be combined freely, you can choice. Steel roll is durable, good sanding capacity, while rubber roller can sanding less, and polishing roll can eliminate wave pattern, with good resistance, so it sanding less. After the polishing roll weared, you can continue to use it by grinding smooth.
6. Ordinary machine can process material thickness between 2-110mm. More than these also can be customized.
