ZYJ2H - 6H+CZ Auto Greasing, Shielding and Grease Distribution Machine with Weighing Inspection
Integrated international leading technologies and decades of improvements and innovations, we provide bearing greasing and shielding machines with high efficiency and high quality to you. This product family includes single function models such as greasing machine, shielding machine, and also all-in-one models, capable in the line, with greasing, shielding and grease distribution functions. It can mainly complete procedures such as bearing flexibility inspection, greasing, shielding, lack of rivets and shields inspection, grease capacity detection, pressed shield height after greasing inspection.
** The appearance and functionality of ZYJ2H, ZYJ3H , ZYJ4H, ZYJ5H and ZYJ6H+CZare the same except the overall dimension and the workpiece size applied. "CZ" means Weighing.
Product Advantages
- Work independently or integrated in the line.
- Imaging inspection work stations for lack of balls, cages and rivets are optional.
- Imaging positioning unit or stepping motor+ optical fiber positioning unit is available for greasing positioning, ensuring that the grease is injected into the groove and around the cages.
- The grease metering pump is used to ensure grease capacity, meanwhile, light transmittance inspection unit consisted of optical lens and fiber or weighing unit is also used to detect grease capacity more accurately.
- The linear sensor is used for pressed shield height inspection, with a precision up to 0.01mm.
- Both iron shields and plastic shields are applicable in the corresponding tooling changed.
- Grease distribution unit is available for option with distributing time and rotating speed being set on your demand.
