Q1: How soon will I be able to get my compatible Lexmark XM1145 toner cartridge?

Q9: What is the defective percentage of your toner cartridges?

A9: Our defective rate is less than 1% for black toner cartridges and less than 1.5% for color toner cartridges.

Q10: What should I do if I have print quality problem?
