Q1: How soon will I be able to get my Compatible HP88 print head?
A1: For the quantity within 100 pieces, the goods will be sent to you in 3-5 working days after received deposit.
And about 7-10 working days for 20GP quantity for normal models.
And about 10-15 working days after received deposit for 40GP for normal models.
Q2: What type of printhead do you produce?
A2: Our printhead are compatible and remanufactured. Our printhead are the same quality as original and in well performance in over 60 countries around the world.
Q3: Will my printer warranty be affected using compatible printhead?
A3: No. Equipment manufacturers cannot void warranty of your equipment or service contract for using remanufactured cartridges. Current Laws prohibit any manufacturer from requiring you to buy their product exclusively. Here is what HP says: "HP's warranty: For HP printer products, the use of a non-HP toner cartridge or a refilled toner cartridge does not affect either the warranty to the customer or any HP support contract with the customer."

A6: To assure you see no difference in appearance from your original print head printout, TIPCOLOR uses original factory specifications as our benchmark for print out quality standards. And excellent standard include ISO14001, ISO9001, ISO19752, RoHs, CE, STMC.
Q7: Do your cartridges meet or exceed original factory specifications and how do you determine that?
A7: TIPCOLOR compatible printhead are configured with ink other parts to meet or exceed OEM specifications using industry testing methods. The testing includes the extremely cold and hot temperature testing, which make our ink cartridges can be printed well from summer and winter.
Q8: How many pages can I print with your compatible print head?
A8: Our print pages are exactly the same as original printhead with the strict ISO19752 standard. And some models are in higher print page yield then original products.
Q9: What is the defective percentage of your printhead?
A9: Our defective rate is less than 1.5% based on our market testing.
Q10: What should I do if I have print quality problem?
A10: Please contact us and we will check the reason. And the defective products will be replaced for free.
Q11: How can I pay the goods?
