Q1: How soon will I be able to get my compatible toner cartridges? 

A1:  For the quantity within 100 pieces, the goods will be sent to you in 3-5 working days after received     deposit.

       And about 7-10 working days for 20GP quantity for normal models.

       And about 10-15 working days after received deposit for 40GP for normal models.

Q2: What type of toner cartridges do you produce?

A2: Our toner cartridges are compatible and remanufactured. Our toner cartridges are the same quality as original and in well performance in over 60 countries around the world.

Q3: Will my printer warranty be affected using compatible toner cartridge? 

A3:  No. Equipment manufacturers cannot void warranty of your equipment or service contract for using remanufactured cartridges. Current Laws prohibit any manufacturer from requiring you to buy their product exclusively. Here is what HP says: "HP's warranty: For HP printer products, the use of a non-HP toner cartridge or a refilled toner cartridge does not affect either the warranty to the customer or any HP support contract with the customer."

The testing includes the extremely cold and hot temperature testing, which make our toner cartridges can be printed well from summer and winter.

Q8: How many pages can I print with your compatible toner cartridge? 

A8: Our print pages are exactly the same as original toner cartridges with the strict ISO19752 standard. And some models are in higher print page yield then original cartridges.

Q9: What is the defective percentage of your toner cartridges?

A9: Our defective rate is less than 1% for black toner cartridges and less than 1.5% for color toner cartridges.

Q10: What should I do if I have print quality problem?

A10: Please contact us and we will check the reason. And the defective products will be replaced for free.
