Packing information
We have OEM package according to your request. You could choose from the above various pack above. Client could send us his own design or we could offer our professional design if its needed.
Shipping information
When you place an order, please let us know the shipping method you prefer and pay for the order including the shipping fee. We will send the items within 3 to 7 workdays once payment received.
We can not guarantee delivery time since all international shipments are subject to differences in customs
clearance of individual country. It may affect how your product is inspected, quick or slow. Please note that buyers are responsible for all import taxes, additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties and taxes for importation into their respective countries. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery.

Returns
We try to serve our customers the best we can. Still there would be issue unforeseen.
We would refund the buyer if it were a factory defect item.
Please ensure the item returned is in its original condition. Client should also prepare to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss. Client will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items.
Warranty & Maintenance
We provide 6 to 12 months warranty. Damage due to human error is not covered though.
For maintenance or replacement, buyer should return us the product only. No accessories nor gift box are need to send along. Client would bear the shipping costs for return.
Before returning the item, please contact us by mail or by phone first. We also need to confirm the return address and the logistics method beforehand. After you give the item to the logistic company, please send us the tracking number as well. As soon as we receive the return item, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.

1. Do your products meet international standards?
A: All of our products are high quality and comply with CE, FCC and RoHS. Over 80% of our products are exported to overseas clients.
2. I like the design of your Micro USB cables. Do you have same design for iPhone?
A: Definitely. We have same design cables for both Android phones and iPhones.
We have many products in stock so we might not be able to show all photos in the web site. You are welcome to request a product brochure and our salespersons would be delighted to send one to you.
3. Should I look for a large factory to fulfil my order?
A: This field is unique and rarely would one find a factory big enough to make all the cables clients need. And large manufacturers would require a very high minimum order to make the manufacturing profitable but its unlikely what most clients want.
We have been there, done that and we prefer to take the role as major supplier to bring the widest selection to the market through the combine effort with fellow factories. In such position, we have the advantage to bring our clients all the latest designed product before they hit the market.
4. What is your minimum order quantity?
A: Our MOQ is 10~50 pcs. Clients from wholesale/retail field would find that favorable to their business operation.
5. What are the payment terms you accept?
A: We accept T/T, Western Union, Paypal,etc.
6. What are the shipping ways you can offer?
A: We can deliver the goods by DHL/ UPS/ FEDEX or cargo according to customers' requirements.
