5. Delivery time and OEM Order
If the products are NOT made based on your Trade Mark, we can send the goods to you in one week after we receive your payment.
There is no problem for us to offer customized requirement, such as package you designed, antenna connector, output voltage.
The delivery would be around 35 days due to printing the package you designed from the very beginning, but it would only need around 20 days for the repeated order.
6. How to get the sample:
So sorry to say that we don't offer free samples. When you confirm the model that you need, PI will be send to you,freight charge included.
Sample will be send within 3 workdays after getting the payment.
7. Shipping:
DHL is better if the order is not large. For large order, we suggest air freight which costs you not so much.
The shipping costs depends on the total weight of your order.
8. Warranty:
1 year warranty of free repair or replace for our products. If some quality problems within 3 months, you can replace a good one.
In this case, faulty goods should be returned before we send you the new one.
