1. What is the MOQ? Can I order less than MOQ?
Usually the MOQ is 15,000 pcs (for small cartridge) or 10,000 pcs (for big cartridge). We recommend 20GP FCL shipment at least.
If you want the smaller quantity than the MOQ, the prices have to be rised due to the printing cost.
2. Can you print our Logo & Brand on the cartridges?
Yes, we can print your Logo & Brand with your customized printing design, any colors.
3. Could I customize a special size cartridge?
No problem, we can make toolings (moulds) for a special size, the max diameter is 120 mm, and the max height is 160 mm.
4. How to get your samples?
Our sample is free, but please provide your express account or afford the freight cost.
5. Can you make samples with our Logo? How long days would we get it?
Yes, we can make samples with your printing design. Usually it needs 10 - 15 days.
6. What is the lead time if I place an order?
Usually it needs 25 - 35 days that the production would be completed.
7. What is the payment term?
Usually we ask for 30% T/T deposit in advance, and 70% T/T balance before shipment.
8. How to guaranttee the quality?
Our production is always to follow ISO9001:2008 strictly. And our products are designed and inspected according to EN417:2012 standard. We have responsibility to ensure each delivery is on our strictest inspection.
