- The rollers made of S45C base material solid form CNC precision machined , through hardened with hard chrome finish get
hardness 50HRC.
- Pre-cut, profile cut and step tile press dies by stationary hydraulic : The cutting and step tile press dies made of SKD 11 base
material solid form CNC wire cutting machined , through hardened get hardness 60HRC.
- Emergency stopping system to safe user.
-The machine is equipped with air cooling system allows the machine working continuously from 12 to 16 hours per day.
- A synchronous un coiler speed with roll forming speed
