1. Description and Features
The Press House is patented O-type close structure, featuring high rigidity and stability.
Tooling: Patented long bushed sleeve ensuing axiality of upper and down punching die as well as long usage life, thick turret tooling with a high surface hardness, anti-abrasion ability and good guidance
Auto-indexing Station: 2 set Self –rotation with worm gearing transmission
Control System is Siemens’ system as upon request.
( Fanuc or independently developed CNC system available too.)
Automatic Programming Software allow automatic conversion and punching from AutoCAD. Automatic reposition function, better for large volume production.
Control unit: the industrial integration PC, shockproof, suitable for anti-jamming workstation work environments.
Germany H+L Hydraulic System, is reliable compacted system.
Transmission systems are driven by world famous digital servo motors through linear guide way and precision ball screw.
Floating Clamps
