Introduction
Tianyu hot sale plate and frame type cardboard fine filter is produced with the technology imported from German.It is the clarifying and degerming machine which is the most widely used and the most reliable.It can be equipped with different type refined filtering or degerming cardboard to filter every kind of liquid products of different industries such as wine,drink,food,medicine and chemicals.Its retention rate of solid particles and thallus whose diameter is 0.2-0.5μm is 100 percent.So it can take place of the old technology of pasteurization,and it also can reserve the character of the original liquid products.
Working principle
Tianyu hot sale plate and frame type cardboard fine filter is connected with diatomite filter directly or with pump.The liquid products which need further filtration are conveyed to the import channel formed by filter plate,seal and end plate.Then they flow into the end plate and each fine filter box.Because of the pressure difference before and after filtration,the liquid products flow into filter box through the fine filter plate.Then under the closure,screening and adsorption of fine filter plate,the impurities such as solid particles and thallus are separated from the liquid products.Finally,the clarified liquid products flow out from the outlet channel at the other side of the filter plate.
