1.Q:Are you a factory or trading company
A: We are a factory, we have rich experience for manufacuring metal casket more than 14 years.
2.Q:Where is your factory located? How can i visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Taoyuan Country,Heze city,Shandong Province,China. It is about 1 hours from Heze city.Welcome to visit our factory.
3.Q:What is the material for your products, what styles do you have for metal casket?
A: The material is paulownia and MDF, we have copper, stainless steel and steel caskets with 20ga,18ga and 16ga.
4.Q:Can you make sample?
A: Yes, we can make sample for you. But you have to pay sample cost.
5.Q:How does your factory do as quality control?
A: Quality is the lift of our factory. We have inspector in different post, and there are three independent inspectors before packing to get best quality caskets.
6.Q: What is minimum order for metal caskets?
A: No minimum order, but it can get cheapest freight if you can place a full container. It can load 24 pcs on a 20 ft container, and it can load 64 pcs on a 40 ft container.
7.Q: what is payment terms?
A. TT, It is 30% deposit due at placing order and 70% balance due before loading.
