Purpose and performance
This linkage production line is a kind of full-automatic production line made up of JKGP automatic bottles unscrambler, JKQX cylinder-type bottles washing machine, JKX drying oven, JKGP automatic bottles unscrambler and JKGT high-speed filling capping machine. This production line is applicable to filling oral liquid, syrup in pharmaceutical factories and is suitable for filling 30-500ml plastic or glass bottles after specification is changed.
Features
1. Bottles unscrambler: store and convey bottles.
2. Bottles washing machine: adopt the mode of "two waters one air", water spray-head is stretched into bottles for washing. Water spraying is intermittent (Water spray-heads are stretched into bottles for spraying water, then returning to bottleneck to pause spraying water for a while), with water-saving function.
3. Drying oven: furnished with advanced instrument and meter at home and abroad. Its control system is advanced and sensitive and its performance is stable.
4. Filling/capping machine: three-knife downward-press capping mode has functions of no skidding and not damaging bottle caps. Imported electric configuration.
