Application and Features.
This machine is the best special equipment to clean the disc round wire , the use of the surface layer of scale blasting process clear and steel wire surface oxide formed by rolling.Steel billet shot after cleaning up the entire surface rust grade rating to Sa2.5 surface roughness level reaches Ra6.3 ~ 12.5μm. Compared to pickling treatment,it has economical, environmentally friendly and efficient features.
The device uses a unique "revolving door + double cantilever axis" carrier plate round wire, to achieve duplex mode of operation, greatly increasing the production capacity of the apparatus. Cantilever shaft is made of special alloy steel, the wire in the Shot Blasting process, as "up and down swing + + reverse rotation" compound action in order to achieve a thorough clean-up effect. Reasonable blast wheel arrangement, such that the inner and outer surfaces of the disc round wire can be effectively combat projectile beam. The machine use PLC intelligent control, convenient and reliable operation.
