Q1. How to ensure the goods quality? 

A: Customers can come to our factory to inspect our product line and see our testing progress, and we also can accept the third part inspection. Meanwhile we have branch office in Singapore, any question related to the quality you can complain to our branch office too. 

Q2. How about the transportation ways?

Depending on different type chiller, we'll suggest you adopt the most efficent packing, container and shipping ways. High speed, safety and cost saving are our goal. Of course, the customer can also choose their own forwarder.

Q3. How to payment?

A: Our company would like accept not only TT, L/C, but also include Paypal , ESCOW.

Q4. About the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

A: For most of our first cooperation client , there's no MOQ, and any quantity will be welcomed.
